The BullEx Pressure Vessel Prop is a heavy-duty training tool with intense flames, real heat and smart controls. BullEx Pressure Vessel Props can be used to create multiple scenarios that challenge firefighters to use the correct strategies when responding to these hazardous situations.
PRESSURE VESSEL FIRE TRAINING PROP
The built-in multiple zone burner system below the tank can be used to train firefighters to reduce the chance of a BLEVE. With a functioning vapor service valve, firefighters can practice approaching the tank while shielded by hose lines to secure the fuel and extinguish the fire.
The optional hazmat package adds a magnetic placard kit and a water line hook-up that creates a continuous leak from the front of the tank.
Pressure Vessel Fire Prop Options
Stainless Steel Construction —
Choose between standard heat resistant carbon steel or stainless steel prop construction.
Sound Effects — Heat shielded
components create metal creaking and gas or liquid leak sound effects.
Additional sound effects may be added
based on your specific training objectives.
Fixed fires —
Add additional fixed fires directly to the prop for specific fire locations and characteristics such as flange fires and ruptured pipeline fires.
HOW IT WORKS
The Pressure Vessel Prop features integrated burners that are ignited by the Standard Pilot Module used across the BullEx Advanced Fire Prop Platform.
Pilot module — An industrial grade
forced-air pilot that guarantees reliable
ignition, even under the most demanding
circumstances.
Integrated burners —
Integrated Burners create multiple burn zones that can be controlled from the instructor's handheld controller. Burners beneath the tank create a high intesity fire that engulfs the tank challenging firefighters to recognize the BLEVE danger and respond. The vapor fire burner creates a high pressure gas fire that can be extinguished by properly securing the tank service valve.
Multiple fire props can be used with pilot module and the addition of the burner tray allowing you to cost-effectively add Advanced Fire Props to your training arsenal. Additional props include a

Vehicle Fire Prop, Dumpster Prop and
any
Custom Built Props your training requires.
